What can my event team and suppliers see?
Shared recipients get a read-only Dashboard, Timeline and Quick Dial view without organiser controls.
Can a professional planner and an organiser work on the same event?
Yes. An Event Organiser can invite one professional Event Planner, or a planner can create an Event and invite its permanent organiser.
Do shared recipients need a Plan The Day account?
Event Team recipients can preview an active link without an account and may choose to add the Event to an account. Supplier access remains link-only and cannot be claimed.
